Collaboration with Edukids.ua: education for future NEF leaders
The Hope Children of Ukraine Foundation and the Edukids.ua educational platform have launched a partnership aimed at supporting the National Eurochild Forum (NEF).
What are we doing?
We have provided free English language education to four talented children who are active participants of NEF.
Who are the NEF participants?
This is a group of children selected to represent the views of Ukrainian children and to advise adults in decision-making processes. They:
- Represent the perspectives of children across Ukraine.
- Develop the institution of child participation in decisions that affect them.
- Provide input on developing and implementing solutions for child rights protection.
Why do they need English?
To carry out their important mission, these children need a tool for international communication and advocacy. English enables them to:
- Represent Ukraine effectively on global platforms.
- Communicate directly with international partners and foundations.
- Make use of global best practices in the field of child rights protection.
Providing free English courses to these young leaders is our strategic investment in shaping a new, competent generation of Ukrainian child-rights advocates.
