Hope Despite Hardship: The Story of Sofia, Lev, and Veronika

Meet Sofia, Lev, and Veronika.

In February of this year, their family, like several dozen other residents of Kharkiv, tragically lost their homes and belongings in an attack by Russian drones.

At Hope – Children of Ukraine, we mobilized the support of our generous contributors to assist their family in covering their basic needs. Moreover, we even managed to bring smiles to the children’s faces with some delightful surprises.

Life goes on. The children are now happily preparing to embark on their own adventures with brand new children’s scooters, while the eldest, Sofiyka, is thrilled to receive her long-awaited 3D pen, opening up new avenues for creative expression.
